I loved the taskswitch powertoy for Windows XP tat gave a preview of the windows when using alt-tab. Is this feature in or going to be in Windows Vista?

It is in Beta 2 already. In both a 2D and 3D version :-)

Yes and No, its available if you using the Aer Glass theme. If you are using AERO Basic, its just the regular Alt-TAB from Windows 3.1.
